Submission Guidelines

Please use the following guidelines for URL submissions:

To enhance your success of getting your site listed in our directory, we recommend you write a good description, use your website's name in the title and be descriptive and short. Use a valid email address and fill in your real name. (Email and name will not be published but email will need to be verified for acceptance). Even though paying 5 to 20 Euros for an editor to review your link it is not a 100% guarantee of placement. The following guidelines will highly improve your chances though:

  1. Your organisation/business must be based in one of EU's 27 countries
  2. Your website must have details related to the particular category/region chosen
  3. Do not submit Mirror Sites - Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.
  4. Submit only your top level domain. Individual URLs are not accepted.
  5. We ALLOW deeplinks
  6. We ALLOW subdomains
  7. Your title, keywords and description DO NOT need to be in English but must be in an EU country language. Chinese, Hindi , Japanese or other languages outside the EU will not be accepted. We are currently working on translating our directory and will soon offer all EU languages across our site.
  8. The description should be no more than 500 characters in length.
  9. The title should be no more than 100 characters in length.
  10. The following Submissions will not be accepted:
    • Sites still under construction or contain any parts under construction.
    • Sites that redirects to another address
    • Affiliate sites or sites with only affiliate links or banners
    • Sites with duplicate content.
    • Sites with broken links and missing images
    • Hate materials, racial materials or unlawful practice.
    • Made-for-monetizing pages, landing or doorway pages, etc.
    • Adult/pornographic material or pills (meds spam)
    • No illegal sites containing copyright destruction, fraud, child pornography, racism, vulgarity or warez.
    • In the Description area Including owner name, email address, phone number or company address.
    • Sites with only banners and or excessive pop ups/pop unders will not be accepted.

Submissions are normally accepted from as little as a few hours from receipt of payment to 15 days maximum. This varies depending on how busy we are. We also have an automated system to stop blacklisted websites from being reviewed again, although if you think you were not accepted in the first submission by a genuine mistake of our editors, you are free to submit again and/or contact us. We however retain the right not the give the reason why we haven't accepted your site, which most probably would be one of the above rules. Once submission is accepted, an email is generated to notify you of the submission success. Our support team is there to answer and help you too.
